Alfred is a product-independent, AI-assisted operations platform. It receives work, identifies intent, produces a structured plan, applies customer policy, requests approval when required, and permits execution only through a controlled connector. Each decision and state transition becomes part of the audit record.

Alfred can support Indian Hill Labs products and customer environments without becoming embedded inside any one of them.

Alfred governs and coordinates approved work. A configured provider, credential, customer boundary, and connector determine what can actually be executed.
